Shipping policy

At Aura Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items: Sale items, innerwear, and customised products cannot be returned.

Damaged or wrong items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at shopaura23@gmail.com and we will resolve it immediately.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time: Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. Express delivery options may be available at checkout.

Shipping charges: Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee applies to orders below this amount.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
